Shipping & Returns
All of our shipments go out Monday - Friday, and any order placed over the weekend will be sent out the following Monday.
If you received your package and it contains a damaged item, please contact us immediately at tia@shopgentlepeople.com. All damaged items must be reported within 48 hours, and accompanied with a photo of the damaged item.
We currently only offer shipping within the United States.
LOCAL PICK UP:
If you are local and select "Local Pick Up" at check out, you will be sent an email letting you know the order is "Ready for Pick Up". There is a 3 business day grace period to allow for pick up once the customer has been notified. Customers are welcome to pick up at their convenience, but the returns policy goes into effect after the 3rd business day.
RETURNS:
We will gladly accept returns on FULL PRICED items returned within 7 days of the initial delivery date for store credit ONLY. All returned items must be in their original unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags must be undamaged and attached. Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoebox with tags and stickers still attached. All swimwear is final sale. Please note, we do not cover the cost of returns.
